¹⁷ If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are. ¹⁸ Let no one deceive himself.

If any man seems wise among you, let him be a fool in this world so that he may be wise. ¹⁹ For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written: He compasses the wise in their craftiness.
